Join us Tuesday, January 3 at 7:30 p.m. for our partnering reading series Tuesday Funk in the upstairs bar at Hopleaf (5148 N Clark) in Andersonville for live literature and good beer. Click here to RSVP.
To celebrate the 100th episode of Tuesday Funk, every one of the show’s hosts—past and present—will read, including Connor Coyne, Reinhardt Suarez, Hallie Palladino, Sara Ross Witt and William Shunn, plus current cohosts, Andrew Huff and Eden Robins. For more information about this month’s readers, head over to the Tuesday Funk site.
Doors open at 7pm—no earlier, please!—and the show starts at 7:30pm sharp. Admission is free, but you must be 21 or older. Come early or stay after for dinner or snacks downstairs.
Past readers have included Joe Meno, Wesley Chu, Lori Rader-Day, Mare Swallow, Bill Savage, Robert Loerzel, and many more. If you miss a reading, don’t worry: it’s all on YouTube.
